1. Oatmeal

We all know that Oats for good for health aiding in weight-loss, diabetes etc. But do you know that oatmeal is also good for Skin. All of have to do is grind the oats into powder  form . I prefer adding Milk and Turmeric in it for moisture . You can also add water or rose water. Oatmeal is known for Skin brightening and reducing dark spots. So, make sure you stock it up in your bathroom. 

2. Coffee

For many people, the day doesn’t start without having coffee in the morning. But do you know that coffee is great for Skin. You can simply add water to coffee powder and use it as scrub. It’s known for reducing dark circles, spots, wrinkles , anti ageing etc. It’s the most inexpensive scrub with great benefits. 

3. Gram Flour

This can be both used as face packs and scrub. You can either add water or milk and massage on your face. You can also use it as a dry scrub by applying any carrier oil like coconut oil or olive oil prior and then scrubbing with the flour. This method is best for people with dry Skin.

If you want a glowing skin overnight, then this is the scrub for you. All you have to do it grind few almonds into powder form and add some milk to it. You can scrub your face with the paste.
