When I was advised by the doctor to have a healthy lifestyle when got detected with PCOD’s , the first question which got into my mind was how can I do that. I had a misconception that healthy lifestyle comes wiht expensive budgets. Tons of research later, I understood that healthy lifestyle is a smart way of living. 1) Sweet Potato Toasts

This is my absolute favourite breakfast recipe. It’s quick, easy , gluten free and delicious. All you have to do is replace your bread toast with sweet potato. You can top it up with anything, like eggs, blueberries, avacados, bananas, whatever you feel like. My personal favourite is eggs though.

2. Noatmeal (AKA Low Carb Oatmeal)

 This is a hearty warm breakfast that can be made on the stovetop or in the microwave for a healthy, quick breakfast that only has 5g net carbs per serving.

4) Salad Sandwich
