I had a misconception that healthy lifestyle comes wiht expensive budgets. Tons of research later, I understood that healthy lifestyle is a smart way of living. This is my absolute favourite breakfast recipe. It’s quick, easy , gluten free and delicious. All you have to do is replace your bread toast with sweet potato. You can top it up with anything, like eggs, blueberries, avacados, bananas, whatever you feel like. My personal favourite is eggs though.
2. Noatmeal (AKA Low Carb Oatmeal)
This is a hearty warm breakfast that can be made on the stovetop or in the microwave for a healthy, quick breakfast that only has 5g net carbs per serving.
3) PALEO GLUTEN FREE BLENDER BANANA MUFFINS
Fluffy bananas are made in 5 minutes using a blender made using cauliflower. These flourless muffins are made using all healthy ingredients.
4) Salad Sandwich
You don’t need to have bread always to make a sandwich. Few fresh veggies wrapped in cheese and lettuce makes and amazing light weight breakfast.
5) 5 Minute Low Carb Smoothie Bowl

10) Soft Boiled Eggs with Butter & Thyme
Love eggs? Soft boil eggs and top it up with melty butter and thyme. Sprinkle some salt and pepper for taste. Thats it! It’s that easy.
11) Keto Neapolitan Chia Pudding
This pudding has a slight twist to the regular chia pudding we have. Instead of one layer, we can top it up several flavors.

1 cup of freshely brewed coffe, some unsalted butter and 1 tbsp of coconut oil , you can make your own keto coffee.
